On 12th October 2025, Patna will witness something special - our very first Creators’ Confluence, a gathering of voices, ideas, and stories that celebrate Bihar and its evolving creative identity.

At Arghya, we believe that culture is not just preserved through rituals and festivals, but also through the voices of creators who document, question, and reimagine it for today’s world. This confluence is our way of bringing these creators under one roof - not just to showcase, but to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

Why a Creators’ Confluence?

Bihar has always been a land of storytellers - from ancient epics and folk songs to modern poetry, cinema, and digital content. Yet, creators here often work in silos, unseen and unheard beyond their circles. With this confluence, we want to:
